I edited this template in Powerpoint to include the six types of figurative language that I want my 4th graders to learn. I didn't think it would take as long as it did to put it all together, but after literally hundreds of hours of work on it, I'm DONE!!!
Students color coded each strip to match the figurative language posters that I purchased from I'm Lovin Lit to display in my room. This is just kind of a catch-all for anything else that comes up.
